Cancellation Policy

I truly value your time and mine. Because each appointment is reserved just for you, I ask that any cancellations be made online at least 12 hours in advance. If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours or you do not show up, a 30% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. I completely understand that life happens, and emergencies will always be handled with understanding — but frequent short-notice cancellations may affect future booking privileges.
